how to reduce a smoking habbit

i am reading a book about lifecoaching and put what i learned into pratice on myself. i refused to light a sigar and asked myself what kind of emotion i experienced. i felt restless and static. i learned to ask myself what can i do to decrease the restlessness. i answered myself that i could listen to music or reading one of my Brooks. ever since i learned this method my cigar smoking is reduced by 50%. So happy to have learned this method. #lifecoach
